Key Responsibilities

The Art Logistics Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for offshore personnel, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. This role involves maintaining the HR Inbox, distributing emails, and updating availability listings for divers. Additionally, the coordinator will process new CVs, mobilize and demobilize personnel as instructed, and advise on mobilization details, including travel and accommodation arrangements. The coordinator will also ensure offshore personnel's certification is valid, engage personnel in accordance with company procedures, and track contractor days. Furthermore, this role involves booking training courses, processing monthly payroll and expense claims, and managing payroll/expense queries. General reception and administration duties are also integral to this position, as is undertaking on-call and emergency response duties as required.
