Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Fundraiser to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of the regional fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering successful community fundraising initiatives across the county.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in community fundraising, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong financial acumen. You will have a track record of success in recruiting and motivating volunteers, and be able to work effectively with people at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with local stakeholders, including faith communities, to inspire volunteer-led fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with the national fundraising team to create and implement effective fundraising strategies.
- Work closely with volunteers to empower them to make a difference in their communities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with regular travel throughout Hampshire and occasional overnight stays.
