About the role

We are seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our HR team in London, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner & Head of Employee Experience in the UK. You will support employee resource groups and networks in delivering initiatives and collaborate in creating meaningful employee journeys, celebrating key moments such as service anniversaries, parental leave re-onboarding, promotions, offboarding, and more.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with data input for starters, leavers, changes, and promotions as needed.
  • Prepare HR correspondence related to probation, parental leave, reference requests, leaver letters, internal transfers, and employment documents.
  • Administer various benefits schemes, including Private Health, Salary Sacrifice, and other benefit programs.
  • Support HR processes related to the Senior Management Regime and stay up to date with changes in employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices to ensure continuous development.

Requirements

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administration team. This is a part-time job.

As Banking Circle is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English.
