A leading training provider is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their high-performing HR team.

This new role will work closely with the HR Manager, coordinating all areas of the HR Function. It's an outstanding opportunity to develop an HR career further.

This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to £27,000.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, strong UK HR Law experience, including ER, and be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include owning the recruitment process, carrying out pre-employment checks, creating and managing HR paperwork, overseeing the probation and appraisal process, and managing holiday and sickness records.

The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or have relevant experience.
