Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement engaging Maths lessons to cater to individual learning needs
  • Monitor attendance, achievement, and progression of learning, while challenging negative behaviors and promoting self-esteem
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective education program
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and stable learning environment, promoting a culture of rehabilitation and personal growth

Requirements:

  • Working towards or achieved a teaching qualification in the relevant subject area or experience in a teaching/tutor role
  • Interest in the rehabilitation of offenders
  • Flexible and responsive attitude, with a willingness to innovate and demonstrate self-motivation
  • Proactive, dynamic, and positive at all times
