Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Claims Handler to join our team at WTW. As a Technical Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing an allocation of low-value claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Management: Manage an allocation of low-value claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order and that claims are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance industry and claims handling processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to monitor key client outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all aspects of WTW's financial processes, including adherence to reserving processes within given authority.
  • Client Communication: Deal with day-to-day client queries competently, in line with WTW values.
  • Audit and Compliance: Understand and comply with the audit process, ensuring all necessary documentation is maintained.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support and contribute to the Continuous Improvement Forum, driving process improvements and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Claims Handling Skills: Proven experience in claims handling, with a strong understanding of insurance industry processes.
