About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Professional to join our team in Lymington. As a Support Worker, you will work with an individual who has complex behaviour needs and suffers from mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to our service user
  • Assist with daily living tasks and develop independence skills
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving license (manual mobility vehicle)
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure (cost incurred by Dimensions)
  • Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis
