About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at vision for education. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, challenging behaviors, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Promote positive behavior and resilience among students, helping them build self-esteem and confidence through supportive guidance and motivation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and understanding of SEMH and SEN needs, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in inclusive education.

Requirements
