\Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting independence and dignity\
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management, following established protocols and procedures\
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration\
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical support, enhancing knowledge and skills in various areas of care\
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures\
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives\
- Respond to emergencies and crises situations, following established protocols and procedures\\/ul\Command\
Requirements:
\To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. You should also be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move service users safely, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
\Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
