About the Opportunity

This role is perfect for a recent graduate of Child Psychology looking to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils, teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing academic and personal support to pupils with special educational needs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote pupil engagement and participation.
  • Fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive daily rate of £85-£95 dependent on experience, paid weekly through PAYE. In addition, we provide opportunities for funded formal qualifications, including Level 2 SEND, Level 3 Teaching and Learning, Level 4 HLTA, and Level 5 TEFL. Our Care to Classroom setting conversion course also offers career progression opportunities.
