About the Role

The Acuity Care Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Child Care Practitioner to join our team.

This field-based role involves regular travel across the Northwest region as well as working from home, requiring a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week, assuming an average of 35 hours worked per week at £35 p/h nights.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Extensive experience working in ICU, spinal care units, or with complex care patients.
  • Ability to provide advanced procedures and multi-disciplinary interventions.
  • Experience in providing care to both adult and paediatric patients.
