Service Care Solutions Ltd is looking for a highly motivated Child and Family Support Practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, delivering high-quality interventions primarily through Family Time sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant level 3 qualification, such as NNEB, NVQ3, or BTEC in Early Years, Childcare, Health and Social Care, or Youth and Community Studies. This role requires an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include all compliance paid for, including DBS and Social Work registration, a bring your job to us bonus of £250, and a refer a friend bonus of £250.

This is a great opportunity to work with Bolton Council, supporting the needs of children and families in care. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality interventions, achieving positive outcomes for Looked After Children (LAC) and their families.
