Job Title: Caregiving Professional

We are seeking a motivated Caregiving Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Bolton.

About the Role:

This position involves supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and personal development, promoting independence and encouraging participation in community and social outings.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily Living Support: Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Implementing Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Community Outings: Facilitate community and social outings for service users, promoting social interaction and integration.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; certification in healthcare or social work is an asset.
  • Experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
