**Job Overview**

**Job Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to children with learning disabilities and mental health needs. A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent experience is essential for this role.
