Child Development Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team, supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND) or additional support needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people, providing them with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering programmes of activity that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver high-quality programmes for children and young people aged 8-25 years.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment.
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND or additional support needs.
- Ability to develop and deliver tailored programmes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate: £10 per hour (dependent on experience).

Contract:Permanent Part-time.
Hours:Options of Monday 16.30 and/or school holidays.
