Hospitality and Events Coordinator

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospitality and Events Assistant to join our team at Fisher German. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and internal colleagues who visit our offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up meeting rooms for external and internal events
- Arranging catering for meetings and events as required
- Ensuring rooms and external meeting spaces are presentable and equipped
- Ordering and maintaining refreshment supplies for colleagues
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and organizing out-of-office meetings
- Assisting on reception during lunch periods and holidays
- Processing supplier invoices for payment
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or events experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain resilient and adaptable in pressured situations
- Strong Excel and Microsoft package skills
- Having your own transport would be beneficial for this role
