Air Conditioning Technical Services Director

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our technical team and implement the technical and operational goals and strategy. The successful candidate will ensure that the business meets customers' expectations in terms of product quality, food safety, and legality. p>br>
- Management of the technical team, including regular meetings, performance reviews, identifying training needs, and setting objectives for individuals.
- Ensuring up-to-date policies and procedures are communicated to and fully understood by the operational teams.
- Building excellent relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensuring that complaints, queries, and communications are responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all hygiene and H&S requirements are adhered to by following company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and managing all technical processes, product standards, and quality control programmes.
- Working with the senior management team to implement company policies and business objectives.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with management experience within the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years in a technical or quality management position with customer and supplier facing experience.A Food Science degree is desirable.HACCP Level 3 +.-
