Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Channel Development Manager to join our team at Delice de France Limited. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability across our national accounts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in national account management, with a strong understanding of the food industry and a passion for driving results. You will work closely with our product team, marketing colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability across our national accounts
  • Managing a portfolio of high-value customers, including negotiation and agreement of contracts and pricing terms
  • Collaborating with our product team to identify areas of growth and develop new product offerings that meet customer needs
  • Working closely with our marketing colleagues to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business objectives
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights, and using this information to inform business decisions

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
