Child Welfare Worker

The Polaris Community is a leading provider of children's services, dedicated to supporting the best outcomes for each child, family, and staff member. As a Child Welfare Worker - Residential Setting, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people.
Your key responsibilities will include promoting the welfare of young people, establishing positive relationships, and encouraging individual interests and development. You will also undertake sleep-in duties as part of a flexible rota, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting vulnerable young people (desired but not essential).
- A commitment to the role, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude.
