About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Supervising Social Worker-Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about child protection and fostering, and has a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and supervising a small caseload of foster carers in the Doncaster area. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these carers provide the highest standards of care for the children in their care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered social worker with Social Work England (SWE), have up-to-date knowledge of current legislation, and hold a valid driver's license. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
