Role Overview:
The Senior Engineering and Management Lead will play a critical role in driving the success of our HVDC Control & Protection team. Reporting to the UK Head of Engineering, this leader will provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the technical aspects of HVDC engineering.

Compensation Package:
The Senior Engineering and Management Lead position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, employees may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of HVDC engineering principles and practices.
