About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Korn Ferry. As a key member of our Assessment & Succession solutions team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients align their talent with their organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customized talent development programs based on psychological principles and assessment data.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop evidence-based succession plans and talent strategies that drive business performance.
  • Manage project deliverables, mitigate risks, and track financial performance to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Lead a diverse team of project managers, coordinators, coaches, and consultants to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, with a strong focus on organizational psychology, talent development, and succession planning.
  • A proven track record of applying psychological theories and assessments to inform talent development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • The ability to commute to London at least two days a week and the permanent right to work in the UK.
