About the Role

  • As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in specialist service markets.
  • You'll build relationships with new and existing clients to win their business and headhunt suitable candidates for their needs.
  • You'll receive extensive training in industry knowledge, tailored to your individual needs and goals.
  • You'll network and understand business development to generate new business opportunities.
  • You'll maintain relationships with clients and candidates, consulting on the best results for all parties when placing a candidate in a role.
  • You'll offer the best opportunities for candidates and manage the process throughout until offer stage and beyond.
