Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide support, information, and advice to our breast cancer patients, including those with early and secondary breast cancer.

Main Duties

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert clinical care to patients with breast cancer
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans
  • Collaborating with other agencies to provide comprehensive patient support
