About the Role

This part-time position (average 8 hours per week) offers flexibility and variety, with a 4-week rota basis including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate will be a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the leisure centre as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the smooth operation of leisure activities, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe environment for all users.
  • Assist in the management of bookings, events, and room allocations, providing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of facility maintenance, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Experience in a similar role or within the sports and leisure industry, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
