Assessor for Education and Training

We are looking for a skilled Assessor to join our team in the Education and Training department. As an NVQ Assessor for Active Leisure, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment programmes to support learner progression.
- Deliver training and assessment sessions in a variety of formats, including classroom-based and online delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other assessors and trainers to develop and improve training materials and resources.
This role requires a deep understanding of the education and training sector, with a focus on the Active Leisure sector. You must possess excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience). The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
