Assessor and Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Assessor and Trainer to join our team, specializing in Active Leisure qualifications.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Apprenticeship qualifications in Active Leisure up to Level 3, using a blended learning approach.
• This will involve meeting Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

The ideal candidate will hold strong occupational competency within Fitness/Active Leisure as a General/Fitness Manager, with wet-side experience specifically in pool/water testing.

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners.
• Meet the needs of learners through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's training programs.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive full training and support to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
