Job Description: Leisure Service Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Leisure Service Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of Leisure SK.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum.

About the Role:
As a Leisure Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, and assisting with events and activities. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with event preparation and operation, including setup and cleanup.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Duty Manager.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
