Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with technology partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding our integration marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of integrated technology partners, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for partner engagement, ensuring mutual benefits and revenue productivity.
  • Onboard new technology partners, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), creating mutual action plans, and driving accountability across the partner base.
  • Drive aggressive partner-sourced pipeline growth through consistent, thoughtful joint tech partner engagement strategies.
  • Foster direct relationships with sellers at our technology partners to source net new pipeline.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to problem-solve for customers and prospects, leveraging our app marketplace and relationships with integrated technology partners.
  • Increase adoption of integrations across existing mutual customers.
  • Work closely with the integrations and ecosystem team to drive future integration strategy, ensure smooth transition from their team to ours, and track valuable program KPIs.
  • Host partner engagement activities, including lunch and learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and more.
  • Become an expert in presenting the value of Hibob and our partner program.
  • Create presentations that communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in, and drive forward execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing technology partners at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience launching new technology partnerships from go-live on the marketplace and creating pipeline-focused, revenue-productive long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue-focused and able to manage partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won).
  • Experience in HR tech-related fields is a significant plus.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and growing programs from the ground up.
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment.
