Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in building and managing our technology partnerships, driving adoption of integrations, and generating revenue through partner referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a growing portfolio of technology partners, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through partner referrals and joint business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to solve customer and prospect challenges.
  • Host partner engagement activities, such as webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and lunch & learns, to foster strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Present the value of HiBob and our partner program to key stakeholders, including executives and customers.
  • Develop and maintain presentations to communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, driving organizational buy-in and execution.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience managing technology partners at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience launching new technology partnerships and creating pipeline-focused, revenue-productive long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue-focused and able to manage partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle.
  • Experience in HR tech-related fields is a significant plus.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and growing programs from the ground up.
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment.
