About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a key role in supporting our Legal Director and representing the Legal Function on legal matters.

As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our business teams, collaborating with other central functions, and acting as the primary point of contact for external legal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal Director in providing legal advice and guidance to the business and strategic projects.
  • Provide input into legal advice on key business decisions, investments, and opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and approve contracts that limit our risk and exposure.
  • Manage the settlement of any disputes and resolution of any litigation/proceedings.
Requirements
  • Deep technical knowledge and experience of projects, infrastructure, energy, and related areas of law and regulation.
  • Knowledge of national and international nuclear law and regulation is desirable.
  • Leadership and management experience.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £120,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
