Job Description

This role offers you the chance to manage an impressive portfolio of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 multinational clients, guiding them through governance transformations while driving impactful change. Your key responsibilities will include managing delivery of governance and transaction projects, managing, coaching and supporting team members, developing client relationships, and identifying innovative ways to support clients and the team.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Certified Governance Institute (CGI) qualified.
  • Experience of managing and running a team, as well as coaching and developing others.
  • Strong technical/transactional experience.
