We are seeking a dynamic and caring leader to drive the next phase of development for our Sheffield-based charity. As a specialist therapy and counselling service for women who have suffered abuse and trauma, we require a CEO with a broad range of skills to support our organisation's growth and success.
Our charity has a 37-year track record of helping women in Sheffield, providing free specialist therapy and counselling services. We aim to work with every client at their own pace, building trust and safely processing their trauma to enable them to rebuild their lives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practices, as well as experience of leadership at CEO or senior director level. They will also have excellent knowledge of organisational development, with a successful track record of leading income growth and developing wide-reaching strategies that deliver objectives.
We are a Sheffield charity that provides free specialist therapy and counselling services to women who have suffered abuse and trauma. Our organisation is committed to high and ever-improving standards of equitable and inclusive recruitment, and we actively welcome applications from all sections of the community.
Key details:
• Hours: 37 hours per week
• Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 plus 8% pension contribution
• Location: Sheffield / hybrid (average 3 days per week on-site)
As a collaborative leader, the successful candidate will bring the best out of a team and support individual staff development. They will also have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic senior relationships and an interest in mental health issues.
