Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Medical Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Medical Director, including diary management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Advanced administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or public sector setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a high level of flexibility and resilience.
