Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business while retaining existing clients.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries.
  • Upsell company products and services.
  • Provide quotations to new customers.
  • Manage and respond to high volumes of sales-related tasks.
  • Liaise with the operations team to stay informed about new business wins.
  • Follow up on all leads.
  • Contribute to business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Solid sales background.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
