Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business while retaining existing clients.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries.
- Upsell company products and services.
- Provide quotations to new customers.
- Manage and respond to high volumes of sales-related tasks.
- Liaise with the operations team to stay informed about new business wins.
- Follow up on all leads.
- Contribute to business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Solid sales background.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
