Job Summary:

ISR Recruitment is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician. As a valued member of our team, you will provide technical support to our customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support to customers, resolving a wide range of EPoS, Windows, and networking problems.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot in-house EPoS and back-office applications.
  • Diagnose and quickly resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.

Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of experience in an IT Support Technician role.
  • Understanding of Servers, TCP/IP, or experience using VNC.
