Dedicated Support Role for Pupils with Special Needs

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with an all-through special school in Erdington to find a dedicated teaching assistant to support a pupil with special educational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the student receives personalised support and intervention.
Key responsibilities include implementing IEPs and strategies tailored to the student's unique needs and abilities, as well as collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver individualised learning plans. A background in SEN and experience working with challenging behaviour is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive package of benefits including:
