About the Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide support to KS3 and KS4 students with autism and complex needs in a mixed SEND School in Birmingham.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCPs. With support from other members of staff, activities will be set by the teacher, and you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.
">This role requires a professional who is passionate about providing high-quality support to pupils with SEND. If you have experience working with children with autism and complex needs, we would love to hear from you.
