Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paediatric Occupational Therapy Service Manager to join our team at Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists and contributing to the development of our community paediatric occupational therapy service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of occupational therapists in the delivery of our community paediatric occupational therapy service
  • Contribute to the development of our service, including planning, implementing, and evaluating new initiatives
  • Work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that children and families receive seamless care
