About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our general practice team to meet the needs of our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective care for patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to deliver policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise, innovation, and research to improve primary care access and patient outcomes.
What We Offer
- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.

Person Specification
- Experience in a primary care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training, working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential, with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or accreditation/Acp status preferred.
