Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Prospect Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our well-structured team in Leeds. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to build an urgent care portfolio in a fast-paced, dynamic service.
Key Responsibilities:- Face-to-face consultations with patients
- Urgent primary care and referral to other services when necessary
- Providing patient-focused, evidence-based practice to a high standard
- Supporting the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the right care
- Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum (FTE)

- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time)
