We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative primary care setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Provide nurse leadership and expertise as required, contributing to the development of our team and the improvement of patient care.
- Experience in a primary care setting, with a strong background in nursing and advanced clinical practice.
- NMC registration as a nurse with advanced clinical practice qualifications.
- Minor injury and illness qualification, with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Desirable: Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification or accreditation/Acp status.

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
