Care Leadership Position

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Care Home Deputy Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional care and support services to young people in Wisbech.

About the Job
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are met.
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance, supervision, and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote the well-being and safety of residents.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the team, promoting excellence in care and support services.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure effective management of the home.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior management role within a children's residential setting.
  • Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £39,375 - £49,875 per annum, based on experience.
