We are looking for a highly motivated Residential Manager Assistant to join our Aspris Children's Services team in Wisbech. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people.

Job Summary

The Residential Manager Assistant will provide support and guidance to our care team, ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being are delivered to our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies that promote resident safety and happiness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the care team in delivering high-quality care services
  2. Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and strategies to promote resident well-being and safety
  3. Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure effective management of the home
  4. Contribute to the development of training programs for staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in social care or a related field
  • Experience of working in a residential childcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
