Job Description

As a Children Support Worker at Cambian Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of our young people in a residential setting.

About the Job
  • You will work on a rota basis to ensure that the needs of the Children and Young People are met at all times.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the home environment, including laundry, cleaning, and shopping.
  • You will also be involved in organizing and facilitating social activities for the young people.
  • You will attend and participate in team meetings to ensure that everyone is working together effectively.
Requirements
  • Life skills experience is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
