Responsibilities:- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assisting with daily routines such as feeding, toileting, and bathing
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans

Compensation:The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,584 - £34,080.
