Member Relations Assistant Role
The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a skilled Member Relations Assistant to join our team at our Epsom Clubhouse. As the first point of contact for member account queries, you will provide an exemplary service and member experience with a confident and friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle member account queries over the phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to resolve member queries and issues.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience with a track record of dealing with complex queries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
