Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and welcoming Contact Centre on a Hybrid working basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling all contact with our customers, and ensuring their journey is seamless.

You will work closely with our teams to resolve customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to their problems. Your role will involve making good use of various channels, including calls, emails, live chat, and social media, to communicate effectively with our customers.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has strong verbal communication skills, and can think logically to prioritise and manage their workload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, including calls, emails, live chat, and social media.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Work closely with our teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Make good use of a variety of systems to manage your workload and ensure efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing role and a good standard of English.
  • The ability to think logically and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence with a variety of systems and technologies.

Estimated Salary: £23,887.50 per annum
