About the Role

Funding Circle is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our New Business team. As an Account Executive, you will be the face of Funding Circle to our new customers, working passionately to ensure small businesses have an incredible experience in getting the funding they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a high-volume, fast-paced pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Establish instant rapport with customers via telephone and email to cultivate successful relationships
  • Pitch the Funding Circle proposition against alternative funding options available
  • Manage applications in progress and proactively problem-solve to mitigate any risks or issues
  • Meet monthly targets and continuously develop and improve your approach to achieve success
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working in a sales or service environment, with a strong communicator and ability to engage with small business owners
  • Ability to continually develop and maintain your pipeline while managing applications in progress
  • Proactivity and a desire to develop your career, with a willingness to take onboard feedback and continuous development
