About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Administrator to join our close-knit Land and Property team at Tregothnan Estate. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to the management of our extensive property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the smooth running of the office and manage property-related tasks
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication
  • Manage diaries, respond to enquiries, and coordinate repairs and maintenance work for our property portfolio
  • Maintain the property database and handle rent generation
  • Manage rental debtors and support the collection of rent
  • Prepare legal documents, tenancy agreements, and property particulars
  • Ensure paperwork is filed accurately and kept up to date
  • Coordinate contractors for repairs and ensure insurance renewals are up to date
  • Assist in the preparation of tender packs and property particulars for our website
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Extensive administrative and customer service experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in legal secretary or property management roles
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least five GCSEs, including Level 4 Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • A full, valid driving license and your own transport, as the location is rural with no access to public transport
